I have graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and I have been practicing law for more than 10 years. During this time, I have gained valuable experience stemming from my work for leading Prague law firms. Since I worked both in an international law firm and in a major Czech law firm, I have experience in providing legal services to Czech and to foreign clients, both individuals and large multinational corporations. Prices
The contractual amount of remuneration for the provision of legal services is determined individually and depends on the nature of the specific case. The amount of the remuneration and the method of the billing is always agreed in advance with the client.
The amount of remuneration and the method of its billing can be agreed with the client as follows:
- remuneration set at an hourly rate;
- remuneration determined for an individual act of legal aid;
- flat fee – one-time fee, which is most often charged for one-time comprehensive legal services.
Exceptionally, it is also possible to agree on a success fee, where the amount of renumeration is set as a percentage of the value of the thing in question.
Online legal services
If a personal meeting is not necessary to solve your problem, I offer the provision of legal services using means of long-distance communication (especially phone/skype/ZOOM and e-mail communication).

Upon receipt of your inquiry, I will send you a proposal for the terms of our cooperation, including a proposal for remuneration and information on the payment of an appropriate deposit. If we agree on the terms of cooperation, the requested draft contract, legal analysis, opinion or other document according to your requirements will be delivered to you via email.
